User names and passwords 

Access to this site is controlled with your user name (Masterpet client number) and password. You must keep your password private to prevent other people from accessing your account details. You should be particularly careful when accessing this site from a public computer, for example in an Internet cafe or library.

If you suspect that someone else has learned your password, login immediately and change your password, or contact Masterpet Customer Services immediately and ask them to change it.
